Recently, Spring Sunlight Chemical Group successfully held its 2026 Mid-Year Summary and Commendation Conference. At the beginning of the conference, Group General Manager Mr. Chen Fugang delivered a speech. In 2026, the Group’s new intelligent manufacturing plant was fully put into operation, with a complete system of R&D, testing, and standardized production established. The full industrial chain layout continued to improve. The digital OA office system was officially launched, significantly enhancing management processes and operational efficiency. The high-quality talent pipeline steadily expanded, while domestic and international business channels continued to broaden, and the brand upgrade initiative progressed in an orderly manner.

At the same time, the General Manager directly addressed existing gaps in operational management and clearly defined four core priorities: standardization implementation, optimization of industrial park supporting facilities, digital system iteration, and brand renewal. He also announced the Group’s long-term “three-step” strategic roadmap, outlining a clear vision toward capital market listing and establishing an industry benchmark, ensuring all employees have a unified and forward-looking direction.

The Honor Awards ceremony was warm and meaningful. The company recognized the hard work of teams across all departments through dividends, presenting exclusive honors for Gold Employees and Platinum Employees to honor key contributors with long-term dedication and outstanding achievements.
