Policy Breakthrough | The State Council Reviews and Approves the “15th Five-Year Plan for National Health”, Opening New Opportunities for the Health Industry
Time : 2026 - 06 - 30

Recently, the Executive Meeting of the State Council reviewed and approved the “15th Five-Year Plan for National Health”, setting out a clear action roadmap for China’s national health development and the health industry from 2026 to 2030, further strengthening the strategic framework of the “Healthy China” initiative.

Over the years, China has continuously advanced the Healthy China strategy, building one of the world’s largest healthcare, disease prevention and control, and medical insurance systems, with steadily improving national health indicators. The new plan, grounded in the diverse and multi-level health needs of the population, defines two key development directions.

On one hand, it focuses on building a full life-cycle health service system by integrating healthcare, medical insurance, and disease prevention resources. It promotes coordinated and integrated development of “prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, management, and care”, aiming to extend health services across the entire population and all age groups, and to accelerate the shift from a “disease-centered approach” to a “people-centered health approach”.

On the other hand, the plan emphasizes the vigorous development of the health industry by improving supportive policies and fostering new service models such as digital health, nutritional wellness, and integrated medical-care services. It also seeks to enrich the supply of high-quality health products while strengthening full-chain quality and safety supervision, standardizing industry development, and ensuring consumers can confidently access diversified health services.

As a company deeply engaged in the global dietary supplement and health food sector, Spring Sunlight Chemical Group closely aligns with national strategic guidance for health development and continuously strengthens its full industrial chain advantages. Relying on its newly built standardized smart manufacturing facility, independent R&D center, and professional testing system, the Group remains committed to strict quality control in developing compliant and high-quality nutritional products that meet everyday health needs.

Looking ahead, the Group will seize the development opportunities brought by the “15th Five-Year Plan” for the health industry, further increase investment in R&D and innovation, strengthen talent development, and advance comprehensive brand upgrading. Anchored in compliant, professional, and industrialized development, the company will continue to enrich its health product portfolio, align with the trend of full life-cycle health services, and contribute its industrial strength to improving public health and promoting high-quality development of the health industry.
